The U3A Tennis Group meet at Tarporley Tennis Club (see signs at the road leading up to the parcel post office on the High St). The group meets on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month between 1 -3pm starting 17th July 2025. The group is open to mixed abilities. The club has 2 courts and all year round play surface. The fee for each session is £5 and includes play, refreshments and advice on rules, scoring and play from a Tennis Club member (coaching is not provided). You can either bring your own racquets or they can be provided on the day. Balls will be provided.
Play will be weather dependent i.e. cancelled in heavy rain / icy conditions etc. Group members will be contacted on the day to confirm play suitability. It will also be useful to know expected attendees for the session.
