Tarporley & District u3a organises coach trips throughout the year. These trips are open to all members; you do not have to belong to a particular Interest Group. Trips may be advertised in the Newsletter, on the Website, by email and at our Monthly Meetings.

Bookings can be made at our Monthly Meetings, together with the payment.  If you are unable to attend the Monthly Meeting you can email the organiser and book your place after the Monthly Meeting. Many trips are oversubscribed, but you can put your name on a waiting list in case a member has to drop out.

The coach trips are to very varied venues such as Concerts, Ballets, Opera, Theatres and places of interest. We have visited Stately Homes, Gardens, Wineries, Race Courses, Cities and Towns, the Morgan car factory and many more fascinating places.

We sometimes organise an Annual holiday, also open to all members. In 2024 the holiday was to Austria. Details will be advertised in the same way as trips.

Some Interest Groups also organise outings: such as History Matters, Photography and Art Appreciation. In order to access these trips you have to be a member of the appropriate Interest Group. They will be advertised by the Convenor and bookings made through them.
